kyBoot Warranty

Making a Warranty Claim is straightforward and Simple, but we kindly ask that you read the below before proceeding:

kyBoot Walk On Air LLC warranty provisions

kyBoot Walk On Air LLC offers a warranty on all production-related faults within the legally stipulated warranty period of 12 months. The warranty period begins with purchase/receipt of the product.

We would like to point out that a valid proof of purchase is required for a reclamation/claim on a warranty payment.

The warranty payment will be made according to kyBoot Walk On Air LLC’s returns management, which will take into account the wear-related deterioration and aging of the product with respect to its expected longevity. Warranty claims are restricted to replacement deliveries, partial price reductions and no-cost correction of damage. Any defects that are deemed repairable after a thorough assessment will be corrected by our shoemaker. If a defect is irreparable, you will receive a replacement or a partial discount.

kyBoot Walk On Air LLC will decide on warranty claims in accordance with its guidelines and at its own discretion. Warranty claims will be invalid if the damage occurred as a result of improper use.

What is a production fault?

The term ‘production fault’ refers to faults in individual products and not entire production lines.

What constitutes wear and tear?

Shoes are consumables. All materials are subject to wear and tear. After a year of wear, any defects that arise can no longer be considered to be related to manufacturing. There are many factors that influence the wear and tear of materials. Normal wear and tear are excluded from any warranty claim.

The kyBounder is an article of daily use. After a year of use, defects that arise can no longer be considered to be related to manufacturing. There are many factors that influence the wear and tear of materials. Normal wear and tear are excluded from any warranty claim.

What constitutes a usage error?

We consider a usage error (use that does not correspond to the product’s intended purpose) to be improper use (such as the use of the kyBounder in shoes with heels) or improper care (use of abrasive care or cleaning product). You can find instructions for correct cleaning here. Usage errors are excluded from any warranty claim.
